The 7th grade volleyball team opened their season last night when Dundee came to town.  The Cats played hard but were unable to find a win losing all three games 14-25, 16-25, 18-25. High scorer for the Cats was Clara Bumpus with 4 points.  Also scoring were Paris Kay and Gracie Pinney with 2 points and Bella Wagner with 1 points.  Good try girls!

The 8th grade Volleyball Team also played their first match of the season last night at home against The Dundee Vikings.  The Cats took the first set 25 -23.  The Vikings came back to take set #2 25-10.  The Lady Cats started slow during the third set, but rallied to bring the score back to within a few points, but Dundee pushed forward and won the set 25-20, and took the overall match as well.

Leading scorers for the Lady Wildcats were Julia Lehman and Kennedy Ross with 7 points each.  Others scoring service points included Rayne Ross, Taylor Boss, Ruby Foster, Emma Adams, Kamryn Ross, Izzy Kisor, Olivia Kostanko, Marin Chesser, Courtney Miller, and Kate Gorney.  The next match will be at Blissfield  Wednesday night!
